With a background in customer service and finance, I fell into payroll by being asked to cover the payroll function temporarily. And I was hooked! This was around 2006 and since then there have been a lot of challenges in the payroll world. RTI, automatic enrolment pension implementation and furlough – to mention just a few.
I have over 15 years of experience in payroll and worked in both the in-house set-up and in a busy payroll bureau.
